I’LL SEE YOU AGAIN DAD

In Memoriam of My Loving Father, Happy Father’s Day!

No one in this world would say he is my father except my very own father who died few years ago. As said we can have thousands of friends, lovers, best friends, and loved ones but we have only one father, our very own father.  I lost my father when I was about to finish my college.

He died March 2, 2006 and I walked on stage receiving my diploma March 27, 2006 it was a week before my graduation. My father was not that expressive in showing his love to us, yet I could always see it in  his eyes and feel it in my heart every time he hugs me. If my father wasn’t dead perhaps he would be here beside me and listen every time I wanted to share my pangs in life, every time my hearts in trouble. 

The last time we saw each other was when I celebrated Christmas vacation in 2006.

He promised me that he would accompany me on stage when my name is called.

He promised me that he would bestow my college hood.

He promised me that he would prepare something for my graduation even if we do not have something to eat.

Every time I’m alone and in solitude, I would always remember him. I wish he was here in me, pamper me and defend me every time I’m down and humiliated. How sad, it has been seven years of longing him, or perhaps forever. Father’s day is definitely a memorable occasion for me, because it is the most momentous time , a significant moment for  our dear fathers .

To those who still have father’s alive; please love your father, because for without him maybe you cannot see the beauty of the world. Love them without conditions. To my father I love you so much…….you will always be in my heart ..I’ll see you again papa...I love you
