SECRETS IN INFLUENCING PEOPLE THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION By : Jessemar J. Wao Accordingly teaching is one of the noblest professions among the professions in this world. No brilliant engineers, accountant, managers if they were not taught by brilliant teachers. Teaching is about influencing people, students, young professionals and the like. For almost six years of teaching college I have encountered so many types of students. Others are easy to influence, yet there are still students that are very difficult to influence in terms of presenting my lecture. I made self evaluation and assessment for me to realize what are the things that I need to change in terms of my ways and strategies in teaching. I also read books about public speaking and I have learned about some creative techniques on how to be an effective communicator.
